Tone
Length

How it works

  1. Pick a tone. Informative states facts, conversational talks to the reader, persuasive makes a case.
  2. Pick a length. Short fits web pages, medium fits blog sections, long fits guides.
  3. Type the topic. The narrower the topic, the more specific the paragraph.
  4. Click Generate Paragraph and edit the result before you use it.

Use cases

  • Blog sections: a paragraph under an H2 you have outlined but not written.
  • Product descriptions: a persuasive paragraph that names the benefit and the spec.
  • Service pages: what the service includes, who it suits, what happens first.
  • Email and newsletters: a conversational paragraph that introduces a link.

Three worked examples

Informative, short. Topic: "how a heat pump works in winter". A heat pump heats a house in winter by moving heat that already exists outdoors. Its outdoor coil absorbs heat from the air, even at 0°F there is heat to collect, and the refrigerant carries that heat inside, where the indoor coil releases it. Cold-climate models keep about 70% of their rated capacity at 5°F, which is why installers size them for the coldest week of the year.

Conversational, medium. Topic: "why blog posts need a strong first paragraph". Your first paragraph decides whether anyone reads the second. Readers arrive from a search result with a question, and they scan the opening for a sign that the answer is here. Give it to them straight: state the answer, or the one fact that reframes the question, in the first two sentences. Then tell them what the rest of the post adds. If your opening spends its space on how important the topic is, they leave and Google notices. Write the ending first if that helps, then come back and write an opening that promises it.

Persuasive, short. Topic: "same-day furnace repair in Denver". When the furnace quits on a January night, a repair appointment three days away is no help. Our Denver technicians arrive the same day you call, carry the parts that fail most on the furnaces installed here, and quote the price before they start. Call before 2 p.m. and the heat is back on tonight.

Tips

  • Narrow the topic. "Benefits of exercise" produces a generic paragraph. "Why walking after meals lowers blood sugar" produces a useful one.
  • Add your numbers. Replace the generated figures with your own before publishing.
  • Read it aloud. A sentence you stumble over needs splitting.
  • Check readability. Web copy reads best at grade 6 to 9; the readability checker will tell you where you landed.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a paragraph be on the web?

Two to four sentences for most pages, which is 40 to 90 words. Longer paragraphs read fine in print and badly on a phone. The tool's Short setting matches web copy; Medium and Long suit guides and essays.

Can I generate more than one paragraph?

Run the tool once per paragraph with a narrower topic each time ('how heat pumps work in winter', then 'heat pump maintenance costs'). For a full article with an outline, research and images, use KoalaWriter.

Will the paragraph be unique?

Each run writes fresh text from your topic, so two people entering the same topic get different paragraphs. Edit it to add your own facts, examples and numbers before publishing.

Which tone should I pick?

Informative for guides and documentation, conversational for blog posts and emails, persuasive for landing pages and product descriptions where the paragraph has to earn a click.
