Local search, town by town

Your homeowners search from one place, so inside your account the agent works from local data.

Google results from your town

The agent searches Google as if from your city, or from a point and radius you choose, and reads the map pack, the organic results and competitors' ratings for searches like "ac repair phoenix".

Your Search Console queries

Connect Search Console and the agent sees the town names and "near me" searches your pages already show up for, with their real clicks and impressions.

Your Google Business Profile

Brand DNA imports your address, category and rating, so articles use your real location.

A page for each town you serve

Service-area pages and local roundups, each written with that town's own detail.

Keyword volumes in the agent are reported by country. For demand in a single town, it uses the local results and your Search Console data.

What Koala AI writes for you

Troubleshooting guides

Safe checks a homeowner can make, then a clear point where they should call you. They answer the searches people make the moment something breaks.

Replacement cost pages

Furnace, AC and heat pump pricing built from your install ranges, the brands you carry and the financing you offer.

Comparison articles

Heat pump vs furnace, SEER ratings, ductless vs central, written from the brands and systems you install.

Maintenance plan pages

What your plan includes, how often visits happen, and how a tune-up before the season heads off emergency calls.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Enter your website

Brand DNA reads your site (or your Google Business Profile) and learns your services, service area, credentials and how you talk to customers.

  2. Step 2

Get a plan from real search data

The agent checks what people search for your services, what you already rank for in Search Console, and where competitors get the clicks.

  3. Step 3

    Review the articles

KoalaWriter writes each one from your Brand DNA, with internal links, schema and, if you turn them on, source citations. You choose whether they publish live or wait as drafts for your review.

  4. Step 4

    Publish to your site

Articles go to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or Ghost as drafts or live posts. On Boost and above, Content Calendar Autopilot publishes on the schedule you approve.

What it costs

Plans start at $25 a month, with Brand DNA for your business, the agent and KoalaWriter included. The site analysis is free and needs no account, so you see what your site should publish before you pay anything.

Search follows the thermometer

US searches for "ac blowing warm air" went from 8,100 in April 2026 to 22,200 in July. "Furnace not turning on" sat near 480 a month through the summer and reached 1,300 in September.

Publish cooling content in early spring and heating content in late summer so the pages are indexed when the calls start.

Questions

Can it schedule content around my seasons?
Yes. On Boost and above, Content Calendar Autopilot writes and publishes an approved plan on the dates you set.
Will it mention the brands I install?
Add your brands, certifications and warranties to Brand DNA and articles use them where they fit.
Can it write pages for every town I serve?
Yes, one page per town with local detail. Keep each page specific so it doesn't read as a copy with the name swapped.
